The 18-year-old defenceman has signed a three-year NHL entry-level contract with an annual average value of $1.1-million.
The native of Waterloo was Winnipeg's second first-round selection at the 2016 NHL Draft.
Stanley is in his third season with the Spits and so far this season has nine points in 20 games.
