Matt Shoemaker allowed two hits while fanning eight

The Toronto Blue Jays were able to avoid being swept by Baltimore.

Randal Grichuk hit a pair of solo home runs Matt Shoemaker pitched seven shutout innings as the Blue Jays knocked off the Orioles, 5-3.

Shoemaker allowed two hits while fanning eight after tossing seven scoreless innings against Detroit last Friday.
