The Toronto Blue Jays swept a doubleheader with the Philadelphia Phillies in Buffalo, rallying for seven runs in the bottom of the sixth inning to win the finale 9-8.
Rowdy Tellez hit a solo homer to start the scoring in the sixth and a go-ahead two-run single later in the frame for the Jays.
Lourdes Gurriel Jr. also hit a three-run homer during the rally for Toronto.
Gurriel also hit a walk-off, RBI-single in the bottom of the seventh as the Jays won the opener of the twin bill, 3-2.
Anthony Kay got the win and A.J. Cole posted his first save.
Matt Shoemaker will get the start for Toronto in the first game of a three-game set in Tampa Bay tonight.
