The Toronto Blue Jays will be taking the field for the first time since Friday, following a pair of postponements at Cleveland over the weekend and last night's postponement of their home game against Kansas City.
Even though the Blue Jays play in a dome, the decision was made to postpone the game after chunks of ice crashed down from the nearby CN Tower and punctured the roof at Rogers Centre.
The teams are playing a doubleheader today with the first game getting underway at 3:07pm.
While we're certainly not into making guarantees (anymore), today's doubleheader will go on as scheduled. Let's play ball! pic.twitter.com/xNqxj8Q18s
