71 golfers teed it up at Seven Lakes Golf Club for the third event of the season.
Despite having to navigate long grasses and warm temperatures for the second consecutive day, there were a number of low scores.
In the Junior Girls Division, five girls shot 80 or better on the par-71 layout.
Shannon Coffey (Roseland) ended up taking the crown with a 77 — after scoring a 41 on the front nine, Coffey recorded three birdies on the back nine en route to a 36.
Kyla Charlebois was just one stroke back with a score of 78.
Melanie Burgess (Roseland) won the Collegiate Womens’ Division, also shooting a 77 — surgess had nines of 39-38.
Nicole Cesca finished in second place with an 89.
Luc Warnock (Essex) tore up the back nine to fire a round of 67, good enough for a two-stroke victory over Shawn Sehra in the Junior Boys’ Division.
Warnock shot 36 on the front, and then recored four birdies to go along with five pars for a 31 on the back nine.
Derick Hare (Essex) earned his second victory of the season in the Collegiate Mens’ Division with a score of 72.
Hare used nines of 38-34, and recorded an eagle on the difficult par-5 seventh hole.
In second place there was a three-way tie at 74 between Owen Dorssers, Carson McKinlay and Bryce Hughes.
The Jamieson Junior Tour stops at Ambassador Golf Club on Monday, July 16th for the 4th event of the season.
