It appears there has been another breach of confidentiality in Amherstburg.
This time involving a social media post.
In a report going to council Monday night, it states the clerk was advised on June 6th about a social media post dealing with information that was shared with council in a personal and confidential memo.
The report says the memo was divulged to another individual outside of the intended recipients.
CAO John Miceli says administration wants council to ask the Integrity Commissioner to conduct an investigation looking into the breach.
"When there's a breach, we need to understand how that breach occurred and hopefully council will agree with us and bring in the Integrity Commissioner to review it," says Miceli.

He expects the issue will be debated.
"I'm sure members of the general public are going to have their input but we'll see," says Miceli. "We had a pretty major breach of confidentiality in the last term, a number of breaches, we're just trying to prevent that going forward."
The clerk has already talked to the Integrity Commissioner.
In the report, Bruce Elman said "Breaches of confidentiality are serious. This breach, at a minimum, has the potential to undermine or at least sour relations. Council will have to decide if they wish to pursue the violation of the Code of Conduct."
During the last term of council, the Integrity Commissioner conducted a number investigations dealing with breaches.
One had to do with leaked information dealing with the police contract and the switch from Amherstburg Police Service to Windsor police.
