A Coroner's Inquest has been called to look into the circumstances surrounding the death of a female inmate at the South West Detention Centre in Windsor.
Delilah Blair, 30, died in hospital on May 22, 2017 after being transfered there from jail.
An inquest is mandatory under the Coroners Act and a jury may make recommendations aimed at preventing future deaths.
