A 32-year old has been charged following a crash in Leamington.
Provincial police were called to Hwy 3 near Morse Road just before 3 a.m. Sunday.
A McGregor resident is charged with operation while impaired - alcohol and drugs, having a blood alcohol concentration above 80, dangerous operation and failure to stop after an accident.
The vehicle was impounded and the driver’s license was suspended for 90-days.
