Injuries are described as non-life-threatening after a vehicle flew off the E.C. Row Expressway and crashed onto Huron Church Road below.
Ontario Provincial Police say it happened Sunday afternoon just before 5.
Huron Church Road was closed in both directions for nearly six hours as police investigated.
The road has since reopened.
