More than 500 students in Windsor-Essex have been suspended from school for incomplete immunization records.
The Windsor-Essex County Health Unit reports up to date information for 578 students has not been provided so suspensions have been issued effective today.
Students affected were born between 2008 and 2013.
Once the information is complete, parents can drop it off at the health unit office in Windsor or Leamington. They can also have it faxed to the health unit by their local doctor or nurse practitioner.
Notices were sent out to more than 2,300 parents in June.
Suspensions can last up to 20 days.
