The investigation continues after a house fire in Amherstburg Monday night.
Chief Bruce Montone says crews were called to a home on Vermont Drive near Richmond Street around 11pm.
He says it appears the fire started outside of the home but a cause has not been determined.
No one was home at the time and Chief Montone believes the fire is not suspicious in nature.
A damage estimate has not been set.
