The Windsor-Essex County Association of Realtors says April home sales dropped 19 per cent compared the same month last year.
April sales totalled 586 with the average sale price of $692,759 -- up 21 per cent from April 2021.
The association reports listings last month totalled 1,074 -- an increase of 13 per cent.
Last month, the average sales price for a home in the area was $723,739.
