The Windsor Spitfires are hoping a return to home ice is the boost they need in their first round OHL playoff series against the London Knights.
London took the first two games at Budweiser Gardens with game 3 Tuesday night at the WFCU Centre.
"It's always more comfortable playing at home," says Windsor defenceman Thomas Stevenson. "The past two road games have been tough, I mean London's a hard place to play so everyone's pretty happy we get to shift over here and play in front of our fans."
Spitfire's captain Luka Boka is well aware of the challenge they face playing London.

Boka adds the team is playing with urgency but they need to step it up.
"Now it comes to the point where we're fighting to keep our season alive," he says. "I think all the guys in the room know we need to fihgt for the guy next to us so we can spend some more time together here and so I think there's no question we're going to come out wiht a really good effort."
AM800's pre-game show starts at 6:30 p.m. with the call of the game starting at 7 p.m.
