The Holy Names Knights are 2017 OFSAA Football Champions.
The Knights battled the top-ranked London South Lions Tuesday afternoon in Hamilton at Tim Hortons Field.
Knights' running back Mike Herzog's second touchdown of the game with less than two minutes to go in the fourth quarter helped Holy Names upset London South 21-17 to win the Western Bowl.
Herzog told CTV Windsor it felt good knocking off the top high school team in the country.
"To me the rankings don't mean anything. I've got to give credit to my team. Great blocks, I just weaved in there and got the two touchdowns."

Holy Names Head Coach Rob McIntyre spoke with CTV Windsor as well and says he's proud of his squad.
"Just give us a chance in the fourth and the kids did. I'll tell you what, never ever have I been a part of a group that fought like this. What a heck of a game by these high school kids."
Herzog says it was a program changing win.
"We haven't won WECSSAA in nine years. It's a great group of guys and that's how we did it. This is going to make our program so much better. Next year, same thing, the boys are rolling now."
The Knights were down 17-7 at half time, but defence stepped up in a big way keeping the Lions off the scoreboard for the entire second half.
