Cardinal Carter among the big winners in high school basketball
In senior boys high school basketball, the playoffs continue with the three big championship games set for Sunday at the St. Denis Centre at the University of Windsor.
In action last night, in the 'A' division, Cardinal Carter whipped Westview Freedom Academy 78-38. Ryan Raffoul led the way with a huge game scoring 31 points. Ralph Dominguez added 18 and Mark Jraiche chipped in with 15. Cortez Roberts had 25 points for Westview.
In 'AA' action, Catholic Central hit the century mark, outscoring Belle River 100-38.
In 'AAA' play, it was Massey downing Villanova 49-45.
