If your condition is not life-threatening, people are asked to check the hospital ED wait time clocks online for the Met and Ouellette campus before deciding on care options.
For non-emergency situations, the public can call 811, go to a walk-in clinic or contact your family physician.
If there is an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
