A Hamilton truck driver has been charged after a crash on the 401 in Essex County early this morning.
The OPP were called to the collision between Manning Rd and Concession 9 in Tecumseh around 1:30am.
Police say a white freightliner carrying fresh and frozen food products for Walmart hit a guardrail and tipped over onto its side in the westbound lanes.
No one was hurt.
The Ministry of the Environment was contacted because there was a small diesel spill.
24-year old Gurwinder Chhina of Hamilton has been charged with Careless Driving.
