The day many Blue Jays fans have been waiting for finally came.
Top-ranked prospect Vladimir Guerrero Jr. made his major league debut with Toronto Friday night.
He went one for four hitting a double in the ninth inning which led to Brandon Drury's walkoff homerun for the win.
Toronto beat Oakland 4-2 at the Rogers Centre.
In Guerrero's first at bat, he hit a long fly ball to the left field fence which many in the stadium thought had the power to clear the wall.
Guerrero Jr. will be in the Toronto line up once again Saturday.
