Windsor West MPP Lisa Gretzky is inviting the public to a town hall style meeting this evening in Windsor.
The focus will be health care issues in Ontario and Gretzky says a number of topics will be discussed including long term care, mental health and pharmacare.
She says it's an opportunity for the public to ask questions. "I will be asking those that do come to share their health care stories but to do that, I want them to write down their experiences in the health care system."
Health care workers will also be there to meet with the public," says Gretzky. "I want to have the people that work in our health care system talk about what it's like for them on a daily basis, why you're seeing some of the issues you are in our health care system."
CUPE Ontario President Fred Hahn along with Karen Bertrand from the Ontario Nurses Association will be in attendance.
The meeting begins at 6:30pm at the Fogolar Furlan Club.
