The St. Clair Green Giants maintained their half game lead over the the Grand River Loggers with a 13-2 win over the Irish Hills Leprechauns.
The offense was locked in from the first pitch tallying 16 hits to manufacture the 13 run outburst.
Conor Mckenna led the way with 4 hits, while Adam Tanoue and Austin Oulds had 3 apiece.
On the hill Austen Bullington tamed the Irish Hills offense going 6 innings giving up just 2 runs while striking out 6.
Taylor Pappin went the rest of the way throwing three scoreless innings giving up only 2 base runners.
The Green Giants will wrap up their regular season tonight at Lacasse Park at 7:05 pm against the Irish Hills Leprechauns.
