The family of a jogger struck and killed by a train in east Windsor is looking to raise money to transfer his body back to Poland.
Police were called Saturday night at 6:30pm at Jefferson Boulevard and South Service Rd. where they found two stopped trains.
The family of 39-year-old Przemek Wachta has set up a gofundme page.
The post says he came to Windsor from Poland for a 'work contract to make a better living for his family.'
He left behind a wife, two sons and a daughter.
The goal is to raise $10,000 and by noon Thursday, $3,000 had been raised.
Witnesses reported the jogger ignored the activated train signal lighting and lowered extended railway arm.
He then climbed through two stopped cars of the westbound train and was struck by an eastbound train.
It also appears he was wearing headphones.
