There is a lawsuit brewing between two of the top auto makers.
General Motors is suing Fiat Chrysler Automobiles alleging the Italian-American automaker and its former CEO corrupted the negotiations with the United Auto Workers Union in 2011 and 2015.
GM accuses the late CEO Sergio Marchionne of creating a scheme that has led to a federal investigation of the UAW and auto executives.
The investigation has led to several indictments and convictions and will reportedly include former UAW Vice President and General Motors director John Ashton.
He is facing charges of receiving kickbacks and taking bribes.
GM's lawsuit is seeking unspecified damages.
