Damage is pegged at $75,000 after a fire on Jane Street in Leamington.
Fire crews were called early this morning to a garage and vehicle fire and arrived to find both engulfed in flames.
The fire was declared out a short time later.
No injuries are reported and there's no word yet on the cause of the fire.
