Windsor police have now identified a suspect wanted in a fraud.
On March 23, 2018, police began investigating after receiving a complaint from a business on Howard Ave.
The suspect had entered the business and purchased a large quantity of items with a fraudulently obtained bank draft worth more than $5,000.
Police issued a photo of the suspect and a description.
Police will only say they have identified the suspect, but no arrests have been made.
