A former Windsor man has been charged with alleged sexual offences in Tecumseh dating back 10 years.
The Essex County OPP major crime unit have arrested and charged a Markham, Ontario man.
Michael Lo, 68, will appear in a Windsor court next month charged with sexual assault and sexual exploitation.
