Canadiens fire Michel Thierren and replace him with former Bruins coach
Michel Therrien is out as head coach of the Montreal Canadiens and Claude Julien is back in.
Therrien's second stint with the Canadiens ended today with his dismissal.
Julien previously coached the Habs in the mid-2000's.
The Habs are fifth in the NHL's Eastern Conference standings.
