School buses are not running in Essex County this morning.
It's the third day in a row buses have been cancelled due to heavy fog.
Windsor-Essex Student Transportation Services made the announcement just before 5:50 Thursday morning.
The buses will run as normal in the afternoon.
In Windsor, buses are operating as normal.
