The flu continues to impact Windsor Regional Hospital.
President & CEO David Musyj says the past two weeks have been difficult for both campuses.
"Between the two campuses, we're averaging about 100 percent," says Musyj. "Here at Met it seems to be about 106-107 percent. At Ouellette, it drops to 96 percent to 100. So it's definitely 10-15 percent higher where we want to be."
Musyj says some people with flu like symptoms are still using the emergency room but others have listened and are visiting their family doctor or urgent care facilities.

He says capacity numbers are 10 to 15 percent higher than where both campuses would like them to be.
"We don't have the ability when we're running at those numbers to effectively address a situation where we had just a week ago, eight patients come in with broken hips," says Musyj. "It makes that more difficult to address, we addressed all of them but you like to have that flexibility so when that occurs, you can address it."
Musyj says 19 surgeries have been postponed over the last two weeks.
He says most have been re-scheduled and will take place over the next 30 to 45 days.
