Workers at the Tecumseh Flex N Gate location have voted 97% in favour of a strike mandate should a new deal not be reached by April 28.
Unifor Local 195 members at the Lakeshore division narrowly avoided a prolonged work stoppage back in May of 2017, voting a three year deal in on the second try.
The location on Howard Ave. struck a three year deal in May of 2018.
No word on when both sides will sit down to work out a new contract.
