A ruling will be handed down December 19 by Justice Lloyd Dean on a first-degree murder charge against Scott Quick.
The ruling stems from the February 2006 killing of his then wife, Nancy Galbraith-Quick. She was run down by a stolen minivan just outside St. William School in Emeryville where she worked.
Justice Dean will decide whether or not the evidence provided is compelling enough to warrant a trial.
Crown Attorney Brian Manarin and Defence Attorney Patrick Ducharme made their final arguments about that evidence this morning.
Court heard from about 100 witnesses during a lengthy preliminary hearing.
Details of the evidence can't be revealed because of a publication ban.
