A lithium-ion battery in a doorbell camera has been identified as the cause of a house fire on Labadie Road.
Firefighters responded to the 1700 block of Labadie Road shortly after 6:30 p.m. Monday.
Investigators have now completed their work at the scene and determined the fire originated in the doorbell camera.
Damage is estimated at $170,000.
One person has been displaced and no injuries were reported.
