No injuries are reported after a house fire in west Windsor.
Crews were called to 185 Josephine Ave. near University Ave. just after 1:30 this afternoon.
A neighbour told AM800 News the home was vacant and the landlord was doing renovations.
Windsor fire says the cause is being listed as accidental - the owner was using a torch while working on the upper unit.
Damage is estimated at $140,000.
