The last of the eight complainants in the trial of former Kingsville Fire Chief Bob Kissner has testified.
Kissner is facing 17 sex-related charges including sexual assault and sexual exploitation.
The final complainant initially told police he had nothing negative to say and there were no awkward moments but he later changed his story, alleging he had been touched inappropriately by Kissner several times.
Kissner's lawyer, Ken Marley, pressed that the witness had told the truth the first time and the rest of what he told police was lies.
The complainant smirked as he denied that suggestion.
After a couple of witnesses to clarify earlier testimony, the Crown case will be concluded.
Legal arguments will take place tomorrow Wednesday over what's called "similar fact" evidence to decide if there had been any collusion between the complainants.
Kissner has pleaded not guilty.
