One person is dead following a fire in Leamington.
Crews were called to a residential fire on Seacliffe Drive West around 7:15 Sunday morning.
OPP say one person was found inside the residence and pronounced deceased.
Investigators say the person's identity has not yet been confirmed.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation by the OPP Crime Unit, along with the Ontario Fire Marshal.
