The first downtown farmers market is off to a great start.
It's the 4th year the farmers market will take place on Pelissier St. between Park and Wyandotte St., moved from Charles Clark Square.
Organizers say they were happy with the opening attendance and more than 40 vendors selling produce, hot food and artisanal products.
