Extensive damage is reported following a fire at a duplex on Saturday morning.
Crews were called to the house at the corner of Irvine Avenue and Lillian Avenue around 5:30 a.m.
Investigators determined the fire started on the main floor of the lower unit and extended into the upper unit.
No one was in either unit at the time, although two people have been displaced.
Officials reported that one firefighter suffered a non-life threatening injury during suppression efforts.
Damage is estimated at over $500,000, and the cause is considered accidental with electrical being looked into.
