After needing double-overtime to decide a winner in Game One the St. John's Edge made quick work of the Windsor Express yesterday afternoon with a 119-107 victory.
With the win the Edge lead the best-of-five series 2-0 with the series shifting to the WFCU Centre on Wednesday for Game Three.
The Edge and Express found themselves locked at 26 after the first quarter; however St. John's would outscore Windsor in the final three quarters to overpower their divisional opponents.
The home side took a 3-point lead into the half and led by as many as 16 points in the fourth quarter en route to victory.
St. John's scored 57 points off the bench led by Coron Williams who put up 26 points.
Maurice Jones and Chad Frazier led the Express with 19 points each.
