Essex Powerlines is suspending disconnects for customers who are in arrears.
According to a release, the company will provide relief for customers unable to work due to the COVID-19 pandemic for three months.
The company says it will also work with the province on rate relief measures for those self-isolating.
Enwin also announced a moratorium on disconnects for residents in Windsor for the next 90-days.
