Amanda Cowan was arrested Tuesday afternoon.
An inmate in Windsor who escaped custody has been found.
Windsor police issued an arrest warrant Tuesday for 36-year-old Amanda Cowan.
Last Wednesday, Cowan was waiting for a court appearance but showed signs of medical distress so she was taken to the hospital.
While there, she escaped.
Police located her Tuesday afternoon on Division Rd and arrested her without incident.
