A flood watch remains in effect for Windsor-Essex.
ERCA says up to 70 mm of rain has fallen in some areas over the last few days resulting in standing water and elevated water levels.
There's also a concern for ice blockages and flooding and banks may be slippery.
The flood watch is in effect until Thursday at noon.
In Windsor, there have been 57 complaints of flooded basements since last Friday.
The reports are scattered around the city and Windsor Engineer Mark Winterton says there is no sign of any system problems.
