Unionized workers at ElringKlinger in Leamington have sent a strong message to their employer.
The workers have voted 100 per cent in favour of strike action to back contract demands.
The 138 workers, represented by Unifor Local 444, make valves and oil pans for the auto industry.
They workers will be in a legal strike position as of March 31.
The union and company met last week.
