Damage is set at $150,000 following a house fire in Windsor.
Windsor Fire and Rescue crews were called just after 7 p.m. to a report of a fire the 2400-block of Bernard Road near Ypres Street.
The fire was reported out about an hour later and while there are no reports of injuries, one person was displaced.
Investigators say the fire was caused by an electrical failure in the bedroom.
