A Wallaceburg woman is dead after a two vehicle crash.
Chatham-Kent OPP and EMS responded to Highway 40 at Langstaff Line around 1:30 Tuesday afternoon.
Investigators have since determined the female driver of the eastbound minivan drove through the stop sign and collided with the southbound dump truck.
81-year-old Catherine Tiffin was transported to hospital where she was pronounced dead.
Highway 40 between Whitebread Line and Dufferin Avenue was closed for approximately four hours.
