The two suspects left in a vehicle that has since been recovered by police who identified the pair.
At about 3pm Tuesday, officers attended a home and arrested a man.
22-year-old Blake Carter, who has ties to Windsor, is charged with robbery with a weapon.
An arrest warrant has been issued for 31-year-old Spencer Pittico of Toronto on a charge of robbery with a weapon.
He's describes as a black male, approximately 5'11" in height, weighing 175 lbs., short dark (balding) hair.
