A Windsor man is charged after OPP spotted a driver going 100km/h over the posted speed limit.
OPP were conducting RADAR enforcement n the construction zone on Highway 401 near Victoria Rd. on Sunday, when they saw a westbound vehicle exceeding the posted speed limit of 80 km/hr.
A 20-year-old is facing multiple charges including fail to surrender insurance card.
His license has been suspended for seven days and upon conviction, he could be charged anywhere from $2,000-$10,000, six demerit points, up to six months jail and up to two years licence suspension.
He will appear in court October 17th.
