The Windsor Express were down by 10 points at half-time but were able to come away with a 95-94 win in its N-B-L Canada home opener at the W-F-C-U Centre against the visiting Orangeville A's.
The Express were still down 76-69 at the end of the third quarter, but were able to come up big and tie up the game quickly in the fourth quarter.
Maurice Jones finished with 15 assists and three steals.
The Express head on the road for the team's next game against the Niagara River Lions on January 2.
