For the second time in a week, the basement of the Downtown Mission's Wellness Centre has flooded.
Heavy rains today have caused flooding in the building at 875 Ouellette Avenue.
The elevator is temporarily out of service and the "Chari-Tees" business in the basement is closed for the time being.
Centre Executive Director Ron Dunn says a restoration company had worked through the weekend to clean up from the last flooding.
He estimates the damage from the two floods will be about $200,000.
At this point it's not clear how many of the programs at the building will be impacted.
