A house fire in downtown Windsor caused $75,000 damage Sunday.
Windsor Fire and Rescue arrived at 304 Parent Ave. near Chatham St. E. to find a fully involved blaze just before 2pm.
The fire started near a basement water-heater and spread to the main floor.
Firefighters rescued two-dogs from the home, no one was injured.
