DNA has helped Windsor police nab a suspect in a break and enter.
Back on November 3rd, police were called to a home on St. Luke Rd near Seminole St for a reported break and enter.
Officers located blood evidence in the home and sent it to the Centre of Forensic Sciences for examination.
Officers received notice that a DNA hit was made and belonged to a Windsor resident.
On Saturday at 8:20pm, officers located the man and placed him under arrest.
46-year-old Gerald Rockwood is charged with break and enter.
