Arguments will be heard in a Windsor courtroom today over a proposed class action lawsuit settlement on diluted chemotherapy.
A proposed $2.375-million dollar settlement was reached with Marchese Hospital Solutions in November after watered-down chemotherapy drugs were given to cancer patients.
Of the 1,200 patients affected by the drugs, 290 are from Windsor-Essex.
It works out to about $1,500 per patient but some are not happy with the amount, saying it is not enough.
They are expected to be in court to voice their objection to the lawsuit.
A judge will then decide the fate of the lawsuit.
The diluted drugs were given to patients in Ontario and New Brunswick in 2012 and 2013.
